

Gorillas & Mara
Experience two of the most incredible wildlife sightings in Africa on one fabulous value for money tour! See the mountain gorillas in Rwanda and (at the right time of year!) the wildebeest migration in the Masai Mara. Taking in Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda, this 17 day group tour has regular departures throughout the year and covers many highlights of East Africa.
Flamingos on the Rift Valley lakes, white water rafting on The Nile in Uganda, traditional Kenyan game farms near Nakuru, incredible African Safari sightings in the Masai Mara and the stunning tropical scenery of Uganda are just some of the special things you will see on this holiday.
11 nights are fully serviced camping using a variety of campsites, some are very basic, plus 6 nights in permanent tented camps with shared facilities and 3 nights in hotels with en-suite rooms. The group size is between 8 – 18 plus local leaders and the minimum age is 18. Summary itinerary
Fly into Nairobi and head north up the Great Rift Valley to beautiful Lake Naivasaha – visit Elsamere, the former home of Born Free Joy Adamson – world famous Masai Mara and game viewing including the migration (July – October) – Kembu Farm (optional horse riding) near Lake Nakuru National Park with it’s good numbers of leopard, rhino and amazing flamingos – Naiberi River and Eldoret on the way to the Ugandan border then white water rafting (optional) at Jinja and Bujagali Falls – Lake Mburo National Park and Lake Bunyonyi in Uganda – over the border to Rwanda and on to Ruhengeri for gorilla trekking then back to Kigali and fly home.
